Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and electromechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical hardware issues.
Inspect and repair components such as wiring, connectors, sensors, actuators, joints, and power systems.
Replace, calibrate, and validate components after repairs.
Support equipment setup, teardown, and reconfiguration.
Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
Respond quickly to equipment issues during production.
Use multimeters and basic electrical test equipment for troubleshooting.
Perform basic soldering and electrical repairs.
Document maintenance activities, equipment failures, and parts usage.
Identify recurring failures and support preventive maintenance improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Experience with multimeters and basic electrical test equipment.
Basic soldering skills.
Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow technical procedures and safety standards.
English and Spanish proficiency required.
Availability to work onsite in a production environment.
Nice to Have: Experience with robotics, automation systems, CNC machines, or industrial equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Manufacturing, production, or testing environment experience.
Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
