Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success .

Develop and maintain project plans, including workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.

Drive accountability and follow-through across teams, ensuring decisions are made, blockers are resolved, and commitments are delivered on time.

Manage company-wide roadmaps and strategic initiatives, aligning departmental efforts with overall business objectives.

Coordinate product launches, go-to-market initiatives, operational improvements, and other business-critical projects.

Own budget planning and tracking, monitoring presente spend versus plan and providing regular financial updates to leadership.

Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and post-project retrospectives to support informed decision-making.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable practices to enhance execution and operational efficiency.

Collaborate directly with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery of strategic goals.

Leverage technology and AI tools to improve planning, reporting, coordination, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives from planning through successful delivery.

Proven experience coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations .

Experience building project plans from scratch, including workstreams, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.





Strong understanding of software development projects and familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development environments.

Experience managing roadmaps , strategic initiatives, and executive-level project reporting.

Hands-on experience with financial planning, budget management, and spend tracking , including monitoring actuals versus forecast.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured action plans and drive execution across multiple teams.

Experience identifying risks, removing blockers, and ensuring accountability to achieve project objectives.

Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based leadership and stakeholders.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve planning, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, software, technology, startup, or scale-up environments .

Background in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, PMO, or Chief of Staff functions .

Exposure to Product Management and go-to-market initiatives.

Experience owning both project delivery and operational responsibilities.

Previous experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar solutions to streamline workflows and decision-making.

Nice to Have

Small-company experience where responsibilities extended beyond traditional project management.

Knowledge of business finance, forecasting, budgeting, and operational metrics.

Experience leading product launches, customer-facing initiatives, or business transformation programs.

Exposure to executive leadership teams and strategic planning processes.
