Atomic HR is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO across business and personal logistics for a fast-moving legal-tech startup. You will triage the CEO’s inbox, manage a calendar across time zones, and handle end-to-end travel with a focus on proactive problem solving.
You’ll coordinate conference logistics, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and apply AI tools to drive efficiency while maintaining confidentiality. This is a remote LATAM-based role with US time overlap.
