ELVTR, a fast-growing online education company, is seeking an experienced Head of Retention to build lasting relationships with learners and maximize customer satisfaction and long-term revenue. This is a full-time, remote role with a 9AM-6PM EST schedule.
As Lead Retention Specialist, you will own the retention process, explore solutions beyond refunds, and partner with Sales, Finance, Billing and Operations to reduce refunds and improve loyalty. Strong data skills and leadership are essential.
