Amazon is seeking an HR Assistant Intern to support a part of the HRBP team aligned to one Business Unit. You will help develop and implement HR plans and solutions to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results, while collaborating with Global HR teams on projects with integral impact.
This role supports project management for training, succession planning, policy review, and process improvement, working with line managers to address employee relations and analytics to enhance retention.
