Source, quote, and purchase furniture, tools, fixtures, consumables, and other materials.
Coordinate with local vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and installation timelines.
Support warehouse modifications and space build-outs.
Maintain inventory of commonly used items and coordinate reordering as needed.
Troubleshoot sourcing, availability, and delivery issues and find alternatives quickly.
Coordinate with Operations and technical teams.
Ensure spaces, materials, and installations are ready according to established timelines.
Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Operations, Facilities, Project Coordination, or related areas.
Experience working with vendors and/or contractors.
Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and activities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma required; technical or business training is a plus.
English proficiency required..
Availability to work onsite.
