Key Account Manager - Traditional Trade###### Share this job opportunityAs a Traditional Trade Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of some of the world's most loved brands across a dynamic and evolving market. Working at the heart of our commercial organization, you will help strengthen customer relationships, unlock new business opportunities, and ensure our products are consistently available and visible where consumers shop every day.You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor partners, lead commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and identify opportunities for sustainable business growth. Through effective planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring, you will ensure the successful delivery of business objectives while continuously seeking opportunities to expand Ferrero's footprint in the market.Working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams, you will bring our brands to life in-store by ensuring excellence in merchandising, promotional execution, secondary placements,
and product freshness. You will leverage market insights and customer knowledge to support strategies that increase visibility, drive category growth, and create value for both Ferrero and its customers.You bring 4-7 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial role within the FMCG industry. Experience working with distributors and customers within the Traditional Trade channel will be considered a strong advantage.You combine strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
