Job Description Summary As the Quality & EHS Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams with regional or product-line scope. This strategic role integrates operational leadership with deep technical expertise. You will be responsible for shaping the policies, programs, and methodologies that drive operational excellence, rigorous compliance, and holistic environmental, health, and safety standards across the organization.
Job Description Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Manage direct and dotted-line reports, setting strategic priorities that directly impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department.
Quality & EHS Stewardship: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) and best-practice champion. Ensure total alignment with integral standards and local regulatory requirements.
Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical insights to diverse audiences. Build consensus across functions and act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
Evaluative Decision-Making: Apply advanced operational judgment to resolve moderately complex tasks. Leverage technical expertise and data analytics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Project Execution: Lead medium-risk programs from conception to completion, ensuring milestone delivery and resource optimization.
Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing processes by introducing new perspectives; drive innovation in manufacturing, technology, and engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications Experience: Significant,
proven track record in Quality Management and EHS Functional Management.
Education: Knowledge level equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent high school diploma/GED with substantial, relevant professional experience).
Desired Characteristics Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Problem-Solving: Proven analytical ability to diagnose complex challenges and execute robust solutions.
Market Awareness: In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and factors that differentiate the business in the competitive landscape.
