About the Role
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support strategic and operational initiatives for healthcare organizations in the United States. As a newly created position within Operations, this role offers the opportunity to help shape project delivery practices, strengthen coordination across business and technical teams, and bring greater structure and visibility to complex initiatives. By combining disciplined project management, collaborative leadership, and a people-first culture, we create an environment where professionals can influence meaningful outcomes while continuing to develop their expertise and careers.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
- Leading project execution and helping ensure the timely delivery of business value.
- Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.
- Facilitating project status meetings and maintaining clear, transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Leading cross-functional project teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and effective execution.
- Removing roadblocks and helping teams deliver effectively across multiple workstreams.
- Partnering with Product Owners, business leaders, technical teams, and client stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
- Establishing and supporting project governance frameworks, communication plans, and decision-making processes.
- Promoting Agile delivery practices while supporting select waterfall initiatives when appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project processes, team effectiveness, operational outcomes, and organizational change efforts.
What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading technology, business transformation, or operational initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing software delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise implementation projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in Agile and/or waterfall environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and project governance skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Advanced degree or relevant project management certification.
- PMP certification; PMI-ACP, CSM, or an equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, healthcare payers, healthcare consulting organizations, or healthcare technology environments.
- Experience leading teams of 10–15+ members, including developers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to analytics,
reporting, healthcare data, digital transformation, or change management initiatives
