Remote – Mexico | Full-Time | $2,500 MXN Base + Uncapped Commissions

Staylisted is a fast-growing, 10+ year B2B digital marketing company serving small businesses across the United States and Canada. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and confident Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Mexico.

This is a work-from-home position. You must be located in Mexico.

As an Appointment Setter, your job is simple:

Call businesses. Start conversations. Follow the script. Create interest. Set appointments. Get paid.

You will be prospecting new businesses, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and identifying companies that may benefit from Staylisted's digital marketing services.

You are not responsible for closing the sale. Your job is to generate qualified appointments for our Sales Closer team, who will conduct the full sales presentation and close the business.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to prospective business owners across the U.S. & Canada.
- Follow Staylisted's proven appointment-setting script and sales process.
- Quickly build rapport and engage prospects in conversation.
- Ask questions and identify potential business needs and opportunities.
- Generate interest in Staylisted's digital marketing services.
- Qualify interested prospects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Closer team.
- Accurately enter call results, notes, and appointments into our CRM.
- Follow daily and weekly activity goals.
- Work with your coach and sales team to continuously improve your performance.
- Consistently make calls and work toward appointment and production goals.

What We're Looking For

- Speak native-level or near-native English.
- Be confident speaking English on the phone.

- Be comfortable working independently from home.

Previous sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call-center experience is a plus, but not required.

We can teach you our process. What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, confidence, and the desire to win.

Compensation

$2,500 MXN Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions

Our average Appointment Setter earns approximately:

$2,500 MXN/week in base pay+$2,500 MXN/week in commissions= Approximately $5,000 MXN/week total

Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through our uncapped commission structure.

- Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- No nights
- No weekends
