Job Post: Bilingual Medical Sales Representative (Dental)Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM CDT (30-minute Lunch Break)Work Days: Saturday and Sunday (10 hours per day)Salary: $6 - $8 per hour (depending on experience) + performance-based commissions for meeting KPIsDESCRIPTION Our client is a growing U.S.-based dental group committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. Their team focuses on building patient trust, delivering excellent service, and helping more patients access the dental care they need through effective communication, technology, and teamwork.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Medical Sales Representative to join their remote team. This position is idóneo for a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with prospective patients, conducting outbound calls, overcoming objections, and turning qualified leads into booked appointments.You will play an important role in helping prospective and existing patients take the next step in their dental care while supporting the practice's growth goals. You'll manage leads across multiple communication channels, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate appointments, and consistently follow up with prospective patients.If you are fluent in both Spanish and English , have a strong sales mindset, enjoy working toward measurable targets, and are motivated by the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on performance, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calls to prospective patientsEngage leads professionally and build rapport through confident, patient-centered conversationsQualify leads and identify their needs, interests, and potential barriers to schedulingClearly communicate relevant dental services and their benefitsAddress questions, concerns, and objections professionallyGuide qualified leads toward booking an appointmentConduct consistent follow-ups with leads who are not immediately ready to scheduleSupport lead nurturing and re-engagement initiativesWork toward established sales, appointment-setting, and conversion KPIsMaintain a professional, empathetic approach while pursuing measurable resultsPatient Communication & Appointment Setting Respond to prospective and existing patient inquiries through phone, email, chat, and textHandle inbound calls professionally and efficientlySchedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointmentsMaintain accurate and organized calendarsProvide clear information and appropriate next steps to patientsCommunicate fluently and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking patientsMaintain a calm, helpful, and patient-focused communication styleOrganize and prioritize incoming communicationsAssist with approved newsletters and other patient communications as neededCRM, Lead Management & Campaign Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and patient information in the CRMDocument calls, conversations, follow-up activities, outcomes,
