from the shortlist and concept through to launchWrite in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions, plus decks and outreach copyTurn podcasts, events and meetings into native content for each platformOwn the content calendar in Notion, and brief and direct our designers and video editorsTrack what performs, spot trends early and adjust what we makeWho you are5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, ideally with talent, creators, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brandsSocial-native: you've personally made short-form content that performed, and you can show itA strong writer in fluent English who can write as someone else, without it sounding AI-generatedAI-native: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and AI video tools every day, and your own judgment shapes the final workOrganized and self-directed: comfortable in Notion, Canva or Figma, and you finish what you startAvailable for at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (9am to 1pm PT)
