What will you do:
• Support Product Engineers in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes.
• Assist in analyzing product performance, yield, quality metrics, and reliability data.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for product-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, specifications, and engineering change records.
• Support product qualification activities, testing, and data collection efforts.
• Analyze engineering data using Excel and other digital tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.




• Assist with product transfer, new product introduction (NPI), and product lifecycle management activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project progress and technical findings.
• Follow company safety, quality, and engineering standards while contributing to daily operations and special projects.
