Sales Support Specialist, Sr. Temporary is a customer-focused professional responsible for processing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.



This position identifies potential opportunities with our customers, maintain order databases, update project status and work on those projects with both internal and external teams. This role involves assisting the Director, Sales Strategic Accounts to perform KPIs for the department and guide the Sales Support Specialists in the day to day tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including handling customer requests, updating account information, and resolving customer concerns.
- Coordinate and track sales leads, monitor the progress of sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales director.
- Follow up projects with customer to improve relationship and obtain additional volume by leading activities both internally and externally.
