This role is responsible for ensuring 24/7 operational coverage, managing performance metrics and KPIs, scheduling shifts, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The supervisor will play a key role in maintaining the security and integrity of essential operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.
Essential Job Duties
Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage for cybersecurity operations, managing recruitment, onboarding, and retention of analysts to meet operational needs.
Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics,



such as incident response times, alert resolution rates, and system uptime.
Create and manage shift schedules to maintain continuous monitoring, balancing team workloads and accommodating employees requests with business needs.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, network engineering, and leadership teams to align operational goals.
Communicate performance updates, incident summaries, and staffing needs clearly to stakeholders through reports and briefings.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support professional development for team members.
Maintain compliance with cybersecurity policies and frameworks
