Role Description This full-time, on-site Watchmaker role is based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Watchmaker will perform assembly, repair, maintenance, and adjustment of mechanical and quartz watches, as well as occasional clock servicing. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, replacing or repairing components, regulating movements, cleaning and lubricating mechanisms,



and ensuring all timepieces meet brand standards. The role involves conducting detailed quality checks, documenting repair work, and collaborating with service and customer support teams to deliver reliable turnaround times. The Watchmaker is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy, follow safety and handling protocols, and support continuous improvement in service processes.
Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in watch repair and servicing of watches, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and quartz issues.
• Experience working with clocks and related timekeeping mechanisms, including adjustment, cleaning, and minor restoration.
• Proven focus on quality control and a high level of accuracy in assembly, repairs, and testing of timepieces.
• Formal training or certification in watchmaking, horology, or a closely related technical discipline.
