Must-Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

- 7+ years of experience as Accounting & Tax Manager
- Fluent English (able to report and present to corporate teams in other countries)
- Automotive industry experience (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2)
- Experience in national manufacturing or maquiladora operations
- Import/export processes
- Customs compliance
- IMMEX / VAT certifications
- Fiscal requirements for manufacturing plants

Proven experience reporting to international corporate headquarters Willingness to relocate to Veracruz

Strong background in tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, monthly/yearly closing,



and interaction with fiscal authorities

What You Will Lead

- Full Accounting & Tax operations for an automotive manufacturing site
- Corporate reporting to international HQ
- Import/export compliance and maquiladora fiscal requirements
- Internal/external audits and tax obligations
- Financial accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and general corporate teams
- Implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in financial processes
