About the Role

We are looking for a driven, hungry, and reliable Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our mortgage brokerage team. In this role, your primary goal is to reach out to potential homeowners and buyers in Southern California to schedule in-person appointments for our senior mortgage specialists.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in Southern California using our provided dialer and phone system.
- Follow our battle-tested scripts to qualify leads and uncover mortgage needs (refinancing, new home purchases, etc.).
- Schedule qualified in-person appointments for our local mortgage brokers.
- Consistently manage and follow up with prospect pipelines to ensure high show-up rates.
- Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM.

Compensation & Upside This is a 100% commission-based role designed for top performers who want high rewards without a earnings ceiling.

- Base Commission:



$1,500+ USD per closed loan originating from your appointments.
- Bonuses & Spiffs: Regular cash incentives and performance bonuses for hitting appointment and closing benchmarks.
- Earning Potential:
- Months 1–3: Building your pipeline.
- Month 4+ (120+ days): Top producers consistently building their pipeline can expect to earn $10,000+ USD/month.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a minimum 90-day onboarding and pipeline-building period to see full results.
- Experience: Previous outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience is required (mortgage or real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and professional phone manner.
- Tech Requirements: High-speed internet, a noise-canceling headset, and a reliable computer (we provide the phone software/system).
- Mindset: High resilience, positive attitude, strong objection-handling skills, and self-motivated work ethic.
