About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact—engaging leads, handling high-volume outreach, and transforming raw data into high-value client opportunities. We are looking for highly conversational, quick-witted professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a consistent daily outbound rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

- High-Volume Outreach:

Call the maximum number of leads/prospects to consistently schedule appointments.

- Speed to the Lead:

Ensure all fresh leads are contacted immediately during set operational hours.

- Lead Qualification:

Filter prospects based on set criteria to evaluate readiness, motivation, financing, and fit.

- Database Nurturing:

Conduct persistent follow-ups across various cadences until appointments are locked in.

- Inbound Management:

Promptly respond to incoming calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.

- Objection Handling:

Confidently deliver value propositions and navigate objections using proven sales scripts.

- System Upkeep:

Update the CRM system with meticulous notes and relevant data immediately after each interaction.





- Calendar Coordination:

Seamlessly manage and coordinate the active appointment calendars.

- Reporting:

Maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.

- Skill Development:

Participate in ongoing sales training and communication skill development.

Requirements & Necessary Skills

- Experience:

Previous appointment-setting experience is strictly required

.

- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Execution:

Highly comfortable making heavy phone calls and mastering scripts.

- Core Skills:

Strong customer service orientation with exceptional active listening abilities.

Technical Requirements

- Processor:

Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent is highly required.

- OS:

Windows 10 or Mac OS.

- Memory & Storage:

At least 8GB RAM with 60GB of free hard disk space available.

- Peripherals:

Headset with a dedicated noise-canceling feature and a High Definition Webcam.
