Bilingual Automotive BDC / Appointment Setter (English/Spanish)

Help customers take the next step toward their next vehicle. You will support our dealerships in Norco and South El Monte, California, through clear, friendly communication and consistent lead follow-up.

What you will do

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text and email in English and Spanish.
- Follow up with new and existing leads and answer vehicle and appointment questions using dealership-provided information.
- Schedule and confirm dealership appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and coordinate handoffs to the sales team.
- Keep accurate CRM notes, contact records and follow-up tasks.
- Track appointment outcomes and communicate progress to dealership management.

What we are looking for
- Strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Clear phone communication, active listening and organized follow-up.
- Comfort using a CRM, email and messaging tools.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls.
- Automotive BDC or appointment-setting experience preferred.

Pay and schedule
- US$10 per hour base.
- Potential performance bonuses or commissions for appointments that show and completed vehicle sales.



Amounts, eligibility, attribution and payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
- Target schedule: 40 hours per week with Pacific-time coverage. Exact shifts and working days will be agreed.
- The local employment or engagement arrangement will be confirmed before work begins.

Buscamos a dos personas bilingües en inglés y español para trabajar de forma remota desde México y otros países de Latinoamérica. Apoyarán a nuestras agencias de Norco y South El Monte mediante llamadas, mensajes, correos electrónicos, seguimiento de clientes en CRM y programación de citas. Pago base de US$10 por hora, con posibles bonos o comisiones por citas a las que asistan los clientes y ventas de vehículos completadas; los montos y condiciones se acordarán antes de comenzar.

Objetivo de 40 horas semanales con cobertura del horario del Pacífico. Los turnos y la modalidad de contratación se confirmarán antes de comenzar.
