Job Details

Responsibilities - Deliver classroom and/or virtual training for inbound customer support agents.

- Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs within a BPO environment.
- Ensure agents are fully prepared to handle inbound accounts effectively.
- Adapt training content to meet operational needs and performance standards.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to align training with business objectives.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

- Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in a training role.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Pay: Hourly, $ 10.00 – 10.00
