ABOUT THE ROLE SPEI is Mexico's primary interbank payment rail. For Clara customers, it powers everything from supplier payments to tax disbursements to payroll runs. BillPay Mexico is the product that makes this seamless — domestic and cross-border transfers,



payment tracking, reconciliation, and the compliance layer that keeps everything clean with SAT, CNBV, and banking partners.

This is a squad lead role reporting directly to the Integral Product Director. You'll own the full BillPay product experience for the Mexican market: payment flows, bank partner integrations, disbursement reliability, and the back-office tooling that supports operations and finance. You'll work closely with engineers, design, banking infrastructure, compliance, and enterprise sales teams.

This role requires physical presence in Mexico City — we're in active conversations with banking partners and regulators, and showing up in person matters.
