Director, Business Development – Contract Logistics

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Director to lead the growth of our Contract Logistics business across the Technology and Consumer sectors.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for a proven Hunter who knows how to open doors, engage C-level executives, shape complex opportunities, and turn strategic Supply Chain challenges into long-term partnerships.

? THE MANDATE

Lead the new business growth agenda for Contract Logistics, building a strategic pipeline and developing relationships with leading companies across Technology & Consumer.

You will engage directly with:

? CEO / C-Suite

⚙️ COO / Operations

? Supply Chain / Logistics

? Procurement / Finance

Your mission: understand the customer's business agenda and translate it into differentiated, technology-enabled Contract Logistics solutions that deliver measurable business value.

? WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

- ? Build and execute the new business growth strategy.
- ? Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives.
- ? Originate and close complex, high-value logistics opportunities.
- ? Lead strategic RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and commercial processes.
- ? Build value propositions around ROI, TCO, automation, technology, visibility, and transformation.
- ? Partner with Operations, Solutions, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to structure winning solutions.




- ? Build a high-quality pipeline focused on new logos and strategic accounts.
- ? Identify emerging Supply Chain opportunities within Technology and Consumer.

? THE PROFILE We are looking for a true Hunter — not an Account Manager.

You have a proven track record of:

? Creating business where there was no existing relationship.

? Opening doors at the executive level.

? Selling complex, consultative solutions.

? Building trusted C-level relationships.

? Closing large and strategic contracts.

⏱️ Navigating long and sophisticated sales cycles.

? Connecting Supply Chain strategy with financial and operational outcomes.

You bring

Executive Presence + Commercial Excellence + Supply Chain Expertise + Technology Mindset + Hunter DNA

Experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain Solutions, Technology, Consumer, or related industries is highly relevant.

? Advanced English is required.
