SOBRE LA POSICIÓN

Desirable experience with electronic security field project technical support, in Networks, Computers, CCTV, Access Controls and Electronics.

- Must have direct contacts for business generation, a proven track record of successful case studies, and a deep understanding of future clients' security needs, with an annual target of $2,000,000 USD (strictly large-scale projects).
- 6-month trial period, with a required minimum milestone of $500,000 USD achieved.
- End-to-end project management, from initial sales and closing to operations, ensuring long-term client retention and growth.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

- 8+ years in business development in Electronic Security, with a focus on vertical markets. In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and strategies to win contracts.
- Proven track record in market expansion and profitable client portfolio management.
- Demonstrated experience in securing large projects (above $1M USD).
- Strong data analysis skills to prioritize opportunities (e.g., ROI per account).
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Advanced English (technical and business proficiency).
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

FUNCIONES GENERALES

1. Business Development:

- Identify and prospect potential clients (mainly with end users, secondly with integrators/SIs, distributors) in target markets.
- Generate opportunities through networking, trade shows, and partnerships with manufacturers or technology allies.
- Design market penetration strategies for emerging segments (e.g., smart cities, retail, mobility).
- Possess strong communication skills, have established relationships with key industry clients,



and demonstrate competence in identifying opportunities using the NANP method.
- Able to independently conduct client visits and participate in public relations activities, establishing and supporting medium to large-sized business ventures.
- Capable of independently managing relationships with 10 or more owned or designated clients, focusing especially on decision-makers or evaluators within client organizations.
- Formulate objectives and strategies publicly, coordinate various departments, divide the work, plan and organize the development of the client and the project, providing commercial or large-scale support.
- Plan and lead visibility activities (events, workshops, exchange meetings) focused on business impact projects.
- Lead high-level contract negotiations, resolving complex objections and ensuring sustainable agreements for both parties.

1. Key Account Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic integrators (SIs) and high-priority clients.
- Strengthen and expand relationships via upselling/cross-selling solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and aligning expectations.
- Demonstrate competitiveness in mastering the four operational elements of a project, with a successful track record of leading projects exceeding $500,000.
- Implement project management methodologies: kickoff, monitoring, progress reports, and formal closure.




- Analyze competitive environments and design long-term competitive strategies by guiding high-level customer relationships and implementing differentiating solutions.
- Configure standard solutions for integrators and adapt proposals to complex projects with technical capacity.

1. Strategy & Execution:

- Lead contract negotiations with new and existing clients (from initial phase to closure and renewal).
- Translating customer needs into differentiated value propositions, presenting solutions effectively in different forums and scenarios
- Build and maintain a robust portfolio of strategic clients and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial strategies.

1. Reporting & Analysis:

- Track pipelines, revenue projections, and profitability per account/client.
- Present results to management with clear metrics (e.g., MRR growth, account NPS).

REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

- Formación: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experiencia: 8+ years in business development in Electronic Security, with a focus on vertical markets. In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and strategies to win contracts.
