Location: Mexico (Office based in Toluca)
MUST be Mexican national.
Join our team as a Commercial Coordinator and play a key role in supporting integral aviation operations and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive trip quotations
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams
- Analyze trip costs, permits, handling, fuel, HOTAC and related services
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients
- Research airport requirements, supplier pricing and operational restrictions
- Maintain quotation records and support process improvements
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of aviation industry experience (business aviation preferred)
- Experience in trip support, dispatch, flight operations, airport operations or aviation customer service
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
– Spanish and any other language is a plus
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
