Role Summary

- Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable HR solutions.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage system configurations, support upgrades, drive change initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across the HR technology landscape.

Key Requirements

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert.

- Employee Central Certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience.

- Strong understanding of Core HR processes, Talent, Time, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation.

- Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions for global organizations.

- Strong background in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and enhancements.

- Agile and DevOps experience; leadership experience is a plus.

- SAP HR/HCM experience and banking industry exposure are desirable.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Experience working with integral and multicultural teams.
