Descripción Key

Responsibilities - Design, validate, and enhance product metrics, analytical models, and customer-facing insights.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Translate engineering, productivity, AI usage, and cost data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and build new analytics-driven features.
- Investigate data quality issues and ensure the accuracy of metrics across the platform.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to build, test, debug, and deploy product enhancements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks.

Perfil buscado - 6-9 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence, with strong expertise in data platforms and analytics solutions.

- Hands-on technical professional with experience leading and mentoring teams while remaining actively involved in design, development, and delivery.




- Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Python, and notebook-based analytics environments.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, analytics frameworks, and data-driven product development.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, deployments, testing, and modern engineering practices.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled development environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to bridge the gap between data, engineering, and product teams, translating complex data into actionable insights and business value.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
