Financial Reporting Team Lead

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Team Lead to lead the Financial Reporting function in Mexico City and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team.
- Oversee financial statements and reporting under IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Analyze financial results, trends, and variances.
- Prepare reports and financial insights for Senior Management.
- Support process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Audit, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting / Financial Accounting.
- 3 years of experience leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
- Experience with SAP and internal controls.
- Advanced English.
- Oil & Gas / Energy experience is preferred.
- Professional accounting certification is a plus.
