Job Summary:

- Client is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives across IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement.
- This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping translate business needs into clear functional requirements, processes, and technology solutions.
- The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of business processes, particularly within Finance and Procurement, combined with experience working with IT and digital technology teams.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and process requirements.
- Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements and translate them into clear business and system requirements.
- Work closely with IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Facilitate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support solution design by ensuring proposed technology solutions align with business requirements.
- Assist with testing, including test planning, test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Support implementation and change-management activities.
- Communicate project requirements,



status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience working with IT and digital technology teams.
- Strong understanding of Finance and/or Procurement business processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
- Experience supporting software implementations, enhancements, or technology projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar process-mapping tools.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational organization.
- Experience with ERP, Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain systems.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience supporting UAT and production implementations.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
