Position Overview

Lead San Luis Potosi Dealer (of International Motors México) local Finance through an Own / Lead / Support model. Own reliable accounting, reporting, collections, cash visibility and local financial controls; lead local planning, working-capital and profitability reviews; and support Corporate Pricing and specialist functions. Act as an independent and collaborative business partner to the Dealer Principal, with the influence and judgment to address risks constructively and escalate matters beyond delegated authority

Main Responsibilities

- OWN | Local Accounting and Reporting

Coordinate close, reconciliations, revenue/inventory accounting, intercompany and local reporting. Corporate Controllership retains technical policy and consolidation ownership.
- OWN | Collections, Cash Visibility and Local Controls

Lead AR/Credit execution, collection cadence, cash application, local cash forecast and routine controls over billing, payments, inventory and fixed assets.
- OWN | Planning, Working Capital and Performance

Prepare local budget/forecast inputs and variance analysis; coordinate AR, AP, inventory and intercompany reviews; recommend and track actions with business owners.
- LEAD | Profitability and Business Cases

Prepare profitability views for Trucks, Parts and Service and support local business cases. Corporate Planning defines methodology and approves consolidated outputs.
- SUPPORT | Pricing and Commercial Decisions

Provide cost, margin and working-capital analysis.



Corporate Pricing owns methodology and guardrails; Commercial owns negotiation and final pricing decisions.
- SUPPORT: Tax, Treasury, Legal - OWN:GRC and Audit

Provide accurate local information, execute approved controls, coordinate requests and escalate risks. Corporate specialists retain technical conclusions, policies and approvals.
- Team Leadership and Business Partnership

Coach local Finance team, set priorities and service cadence, and partner confidently and constructively with the Dealer Principal while preserving Finance independence.
- Decision Rights and Escalation

Require adequate support and routine corrections within delegated authority; hold or escalate unsupported transactions and material accounting, credit, pricing or compliance exceptions (Legal Representative)

Profile

▪ Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Public Accountant preferred

▪ 7-9 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Controllership or business performance

▪ Solid accounting, close, reporting, reconciliations and internal controls. Practical experience with receivables, inventory, cost of sales, cash flow and working capital. Ability to support budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis. Working knowledge of IFRS, revenue recognition, intercompany and credit risk is preferred.

▪ Demonstrated experience coordinating people, projects or critical financial processes and influencing senior operational or commercial stakeholders

▪ Direct people-management and automotive/dealership experience are preferred, not required.

▪ Demonstrated judgment, constructive challenge and conflict-management capability.

▪ English level : upper intermediate (B2) or fluent (C1)

▪ Advanced Excel and working knowledge of an ERP. SAP, Dealer Management System and Quiter are desirable, not required.
