Job Summary

We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to support U.S. healthcare staffing operations by sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified healthcare professionals for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health, pharmacy, clinical, and non-clinical staff
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media,



referrals, and networking
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill healthcare staffing requirements
- Update recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems and maintain accurate records

Requirements

- Experience in U.S. healthcare recruiting or staffing preferred
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
- Familiarity with healthcare job titles, certifications, and compliance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- English communication proficiency required
