Role Summary
- Provide general HR systems support, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user support, integrations, and technical documentation.
- Manage support tickets, maintain configuration standards, and assist with HR IT projects and initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills.
- 2+ years of HR systems support experience.
- 1+ year of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration.
- 1+ year of ATS or HR systems troubleshooting experience.
- Technical support background.
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting/Resourcing, and Performance & Rewards processes.
