INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México

We are looking for an International Purchasing Executive to join our team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field. Degree preferred.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in international purchasing and import operations.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Import & Export Regulations
- Customs Regulations and International Trade Agreements
- Incoterms
- International payment methods
- Inventory Management
- Transportation costs, duties, and taxes
- Microsoft Office, ERP, and logistics software

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate integral suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and capacity.
- Negotiate international terms, prices, and contracts.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices,



and related documentation.
- Coordinate international logistics, transportation, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations.
- Manage inventory and ensure an efficient flow of materials.
- Analyze costs and assigned budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to international purchasing.
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.

We Offer:

- Monthly base salary: MXN $15,000–$20,000
- Quarterly bonus
