IT Project Manager Jr.

We are looking for a IT Project Manager Jr . to join a transformation-focused team and help analyze, redesign, implement, and continuously improve business processes across the organization.

This role will work closely with local business teams and general stakeholders to understand current operations, identify improvement opportunities, design future-state processes, and support the successful implementation and adoption of process changes.

What You'll Do

- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Map and document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes .
- Identify process gaps, redundancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, RACI matrices , SIPOC, and other process documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate process testing and UAT activities with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Support the implementation and stabilization of new processes and improvements.
- Identify stakeholders, SMEs, champions, and other key participants required for successful implementation.
- Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and control reports to measure process performance.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management, communication, and training activities.
- Define expected business benefits and contribute to measuring the financial impact and ROI of process improvements.
- Work with global and local teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.





What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems , or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Analysis, or Business Transformation.
- Practical experience with AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis .
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process mapping, SIPOC, and RACI .
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Root Cause Analysis .
- Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and process performance metrics .
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting process implementation, UAT, or business transformation projects .
- Advanced English proficiency .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take initiative, identify issues, and drive solutions.

Nice to Have
- Six Sigma / Lean certification.
- Experience with Bizagi, Visio , or similar process modeling tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL .
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with PMI, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CRM or enterprise business applications.
