TCS is looking for a Java Developer Sr.

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be available to work in Mexico City client [Reforma] office at least 2-3 day per week)

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Payment Applications to join our team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting mission-critical production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of Java-based applications within the financial services ecosystem.

Required technical skills:

- Intermediate to Advanced English (mandatory)
- Minimum 4+ yrs of relevant experience.
- JAVA Application Trouble shooting
- On Premise DevOps tools knowledge
- Application Performance monitoring tools Knowledge
- ITSM/ITIL Process knowledge
- Server Load Balancing
- Strong SQL and Oracle/PostGRE/Cassandra knowledge ITSM
- Splunk
- Dynatrace
- Scripting
- Load Balancing
- Unix/Linux Operating System Proficiency with Shell/Bash Scripting knowledge

Main Responsibilities/Role expectations:

1. Responsible for maintaining Production environment and provide SRE Services
2. Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL Process, incident and problem management experience.
3.



Triaging and troubleshooting incidents perform root cause analysis post incident remediation, resolving tickets and restoring services as per the SLA.
4. Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident or outages.
5. Keep all stakeholders updated during the incident lifecycle and escalate as required as per the predefined call structures.
6. Have a strong knowledge of Payment system and/or payment application from financial/banking domain.
7. Ready to work in rotational shift model and on-call support during the weekend.
