Overview The Leadership & Development Sr. Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence to the onboarding experience and efficiency of new leaders to the organization. In addition, prioritize and execute OLR strategy but fully aligned to business-critical needs of efficient Operational Talent Continuously strengthen learning objectives and outcomes.

Education and specific training

- Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field
- Lean Thinking, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Directs the design, planning, and implementation of operational leadership development initiatives
- Define and enhance team structure as necessary to improve and comply with company’s requirements and reduce cost (SG&A;).
- Build and deliver against a workforce / headcount plan for organization, managing all stakeholders
- Be knowledgeable in leadership development trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes.
- Devise and design qualitative and quantitative custom operational leadership readiness projects to ensure talent availability in a fast-paced growth environment
- Plan, organize and lead training programs, ensuring proper execution at all levels
- Design strategy for opportunity areas identification and team continuous improvement.
- Propose Innovation ideas to improve processes and tools to all areas under its scope.
- Define monthly review cycles to guarantee the implementation and execution of the leadership development key initiatives




- Design continuous improvement strategies for critical KPIs when opportunities are detected in the monthly cycles review.
- Ensure an updated operational talent pool in the Nearshore Region through our readiness program
- Develop self and always maintain knowledge in relevant field.
- Implement & measure the effectiveness of NEW Immersive Learning Experiences across a variety of Learning Modalities
- Continuous design & implementation efficient ways of onboarding operational employees to the organization and or to the new roles.
- Maintain development programs aligned to business needs

Work Experience

- Have experience in managing implementation projects.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge on standards
- 24 months Contact Center experience
- At least 2-year training facilitation experience (Preferred)
- At least 3-year training design experience
- 1+ years in managing a team of instructional designers
- 3+ Years Developing and executing strategies, development, and delivery of creative and innovative training solutions
- 3+ years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a general environment.
- Experience gathering, building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels.
- Experience of interacting with “Managers and above” on key local projects (Required)




- Operational experience and understanding gained within Teleperformance (Required)
- Transversal knowledge on key area of business (HR; Ops, Finance, IT, etc.) (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build partnerships with stakeholders at all levels

Technical skills

1. Experience designing and implementing performance management programs preferred
2. Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships with Coordinators, Managers, and Directors, peers and subordinates.
3. Collaborate across the organization, and influence without direct supervision
4. Fluency in written and spoken English/Spanish
5. Intermediate to Advanced skill level of MS Office
6. Virtual and Face to Face Instructional Design Basic Knowledge
7. Strong experiential and pragmatic facilitation style
8. knowledge of adult development theory and its application within leadership program design.
9. Decision making skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity
10. Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize according to business needs
11. Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
