We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead for our Shared Services Center (SSC), preferably with experience in implementing and managing Shared Services operations. You will lead the recruitment team and ensure efficient, high-quality processes aligned with business needs across the Americas region.

Location:

Must reside in Querétaro, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the recruitment team and manage hiring for key positions.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive process improvements.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage recruitment tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) and external agency relationships.
- Support standardization initiatives and team development.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in recruitment and team leadership.
- Preferred experience in Shared Services and SSC implementation.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tools (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Knowledge of international regulations, laws, or legislations (United States, Canada).
- Experience recruiting administrative positions abroad.
- English is mandatory (direct reporting in English).
- Portuguese is a plus.
