Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader – The Montagu role

- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the assigned area, including managing both full-time and casual team members.
- Set, review, and monitor clear, achievable objectives for team members in line with the department’s annual plan and long-term goals.
- Communicate departmental strategy effectively to all team members in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team to support smooth operations.
- Implement action plans to consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service in line with company objectives.
- Train, coach, and empower team members to confidently resolve guest concerns with minimal disruption.
- Support labour cost control by creating weekly rot
