We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Physician to join our clinical research team.

Position Overview

As a Sub-Investigator and MD, you will be an integral part of our research site, contributing to clinical trials while providing private consultations. You will be working closely with experienced professionals, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the site, and supporting various clinical research activities. We’re looking for someone with a high energy level and a keen interest in medical research. You will provide direct medical care to study participants, including screening, enrollment, and ongoing clinical assessments in accordance with study protocols.

This full-time, on-site role in San Luis Potosí, SLP involves performing physical examinations, documenting medical histories, managing primary and family medicine needs, and monitoring participants for adverse events. The professional will collaborate with nursing staff and the research team to ensure accurate data collection, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting training activities for clinical staff and contributing to continuous quality improvement within the research center.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide private consultations to patients as part of our healthcare services.
- Assist in clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator.
- Support the research team in the execution of clinical studies.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to clinical research, including patient recruitment and follow-ups.

Minimum Qualifications

- Medical degree and active medical license (Cédula Cualificado).
- Recent graduate (less than 5 years) with a strong desire to learn and grow in clinical research industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Must be based in San Luis Potosi City or able to move

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

- No prior clinical research experience required, but a keen interest in the field is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ethical guidelines in medical research is an advantage, but not required.
