We are seeking highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 7-10 years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, Plugins, and Enterprise Integrations. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-scale CRM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Customization

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, security roles, Model-Driven Apps, ribbons, and command bar buttons.
- Develop custom business functionality using:
- C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core

- Custom Workflow Activities
- Synchronous & Asynchronous Plugins

- Custom Actions
- Design and build PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
- Develop Canvas Apps and custom pages within the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, log analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Incident Cause Analysis (ICA) for production issues.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development and support teams.
- Support DevOps processes, deployment strategies, release management, and environment governance.

JavaScript & Client-Side Development Develop and maintain client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.





Create and manage web resources, form scripting, and client-side validations.

Build modern user experiences using HTML, JavaScript frameworks, PCF controls, and custom pages.

Power Platform & Power Automate

Design, develop, and support complex Power Automate cloud flows.

Build scalable business automation solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain Power Apps and Business Process Flows.

Design approval workflows, notifications, scheduled processes, and data synchronization solutions.

Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation performance and failures.

Integration Development

Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.

Develop data migration, ETL, and synchronization solutions.

Drive continuous improvements to system stability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
