We’re looking for a #SeniorTechnicalProjectManager with strong experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, integrations, and enterprise-level delivery.
? What You’ll Do
- Lead complex Salesforce implementations across the full project lifecycle
- Manage clients, stakeholders, resources, timelines, risks, and project health
- Lead discovery meetings and client workshops to identify business needs
- Coordinate teams across Salesforce design, integrations, and data transfers
- Manage project status, budgets, risks, and escalations
- Partner with C-Level executives and senior stakeholders
- Drive delivery excellence and long-term client relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience in a consulting environment
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience leading $1M+ enterprise projects
- Strong Salesforce platform and integration knowledge
- Experience working with C-Level executives
- Strong English fluency
- Expertise in budget/financial management and IT governance
- Enterprise PM tools: MS Project, SmartSheet, Daptiv, or equivalent
- Agile tools: Jira
✅ Nice to Have
- In-depth Salesforce technical knowledge
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Multiple Salesforce certifications
