Real Estate Services: Ensure the professional management of AIG-owned and leased properties and facilities, supporting health, safety, and ergonomics; managing projects and relocations as needed; planning workspace utilization; and overseeing critical infrastructure. Controls: Plan and oversee budgets and related cost development. Proactively identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities. Third‑Party Management: Ensure compliance with the third‑party governance process within the area of responsibility. Provide oversight and specialized expertise across the organization regarding policies, support tools, roles and responsibilities, and annual risk assessments. Corporate Services: Manage a portfolio of services including audiovisual equipment, document management, records management, fleet management, mail distribution, reception services, mobile telephony, and more. Health, Safety, and Environment:



Support the Human Resources department in reviewing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance. Deliver periodic health and safety training to local staff. Promote sustainability initiatives benefiting the environment in areas such as energy, waste, emissions, digitalization, and related areas. Security Services: Ensure compliance with standards related to access control systems and CCTV. Business Continuity Services: Ensure compliance with all general requirements related to Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management Teams, including all required documentation, training, and mandatory simulation exercises. Ensure services are delivered professionally and expertly within the country and that AIG internal guidelines, standards, and policies are followed.
