Café GILA es una empresa mexicana de café premium en crecimiento y con una visión internacional en expansión.

Buscamos un Gerente de Operaciones que pueda llevar nuestra operación productiva al siguiente nivel: más eficiente, disciplinada, tecnológica y escalable, sin comprometer la calidad ni la inocuidad.

EL RETO

Serás responsable de convertir el plan de producción en resultados: producto terminado a tiempo, con la calidad requerida y utilizando eficientemente personas, equipos, materiales y capacidad.

Tu misión será

- Liderar la operación diaria y asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción.
- Mejorar productividad, OEE, eficiencia, mermas, desperdicios y tiempos muertos.
- Liderar iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y mejora continua.
- Asegurar disciplina operativa y cumplimiento de FSSC 22000 y demás estándares y certificaciones aplicables.
- Coordinar producción, mantenimiento y recursos en conjunto con Supply Chain y Calidad.
- Impulsar automatización, tecnología y mejores procesos.
- Desarrollar supervisores y construir un equipo operativo de alto desempeño.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- 8-10 años de experiencia progresiva en Operaciones, Producción o Manufactura, en alimentos y bebidas o productos de consumo.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de producción y supervisores.
- Dominio de indicadores como OEE, productividad, eficiencia, mermas y cumplimiento del programa.
- Experiencia con FSSC 22000 y sistemas/certificaciones de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria.
- Conocimiento y aplicación de Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y análisis de causa raíz.
- Experiencia con SAP Business One y sistemas ERP.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación clara a resultados.




- Inglés profesional será altamente valorado.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take our manufacturing operation to the next level: more efficient, disciplined, technology-driven and scalable, without compromising quality or food safety.

THE CHALLENGE

You will be responsible for turning our production plan into results: finished product on time, at the required quality, while efficiently utilizing people, equipment, materials and capacity.

Your mission will be to:





- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure execution of the production plan.
- Improve productivity, OEE, efficiency, waste and downtime.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive operational discipline and compliance with FSSC 22000 and other applicable food quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate production, maintenance and resources in close partnership with Supply Chain and Quality.
- Drive automation, technology and process improvement.
- Develop supervisors and build a high-performing operations team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Operations, Production or Manufacturing, ideally within food & beverage or consumer products.
- Experience leading production teams and frontline supervisors.
- Strong command of OEE, productivity, efficiency, waste and production-plan attainment.
- Experience with FSSC 22000 and food quality/safety systems and certifications.
- Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with SAP Business One and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a clear results orientation.
- Professional English is highly valued.
