We're Hiring | HR Systems / ATS Support Analyst

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems / ATS Support Analyst to provide global functional and technical support for HR systems and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide global functional support for HR systems and ATS platforms .
- Perform system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution .
- Manage and resolve support tickets , escalating complex issues when required.
- Support system integrations, enhancements, and process improvements .
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials .
- Ensure compliance with general HR system configuration and support standards .
- Collaborate with HR, IT,



and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support ongoing projects.

? Requirements

- 2+ years of technical experience supporting HR/Resourcing systems.
- 1+ year of hands-on ATS administration experience.
- 1+ year of ATS/HR systems troubleshooting experience.
- Strong background in technical/application support .
- Good understanding of Recruiting/Resourcing, Learning, Employee Central, and Performance & Rewards processes.
- Advanced English communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP HR or Oracle Taleo is a plus.
