Role Summary
- Provide integral support for HR systems and ATS platforms, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, integrations, and end-user support.
- Create technical documentation, manage support tickets, maintain system standards, and collaborate with HR and IT teams on key initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Resourcing systems support.
- 1+ year of ATS administration experience.
- 1+ year of ATS or HR systems troubleshooting experience.
- Technical support background.
- Knowledge of Recruiting, Learning, Employee Central, and Performance & Rewards processes.
- Experience with SAP HR and/or Taleo is a plus.
Salary 83k Gross MX Pesos
