Kyungshin Cable Mexico is a company specialized in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components, supporting the automotive industry through high-quality manufacturing processes and global quality standards.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Gómez Palacio, Durango.

This position will be responsible for coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, supervising technical personnel, supporting PLC programming, industrial automation, and CNC operations, and ensuring equipment reliability and availability throughout the manufacturing process.

We are looking for a maintenance professional with solid experience in industrial maintenance and automation, strong technical and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze equipment failures, coordinate technical teams, monitor maintenance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Gómez Palacio, Durango, Mexico

Work arrangement: On-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise and develop the technical maintenance team.
- Programming, troubleshooting, and modification of PLC.
- Development of industrial automation projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Programming and operation of CNC machines.
- Failure analysis and technical problem-solving.
- Monitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, availability, downtime, and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Optimization of resources, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
- Implementation of continuous improvement actions.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics,



Electromechanical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, and coordination of technical personnel, with experience in CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of PLC and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of HMI, sensors, actuators, drives, and servomotors.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of CNC machines and technical drawing interpretation.
- Root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Desirable: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or Omron, SCADA, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Mastercam.
- Key competencies: leadership, decision-making, sense of urgency, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, and results orientation.
