PMO | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTING | PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

We are looking for a mid-level PMO professional with experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounting Operations , with a strong focus on project management, process improvement, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives .

The adecuado candidate will have experience in:

- Accounts Payable / Accounting Operations
- Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
- Project Management & Organization – experience leading or supporting transformation, process optimization, or continuous improvement projects , including coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration – effective in working within global or regional environments and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving – ability to analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Advanced English (C1) – mandatory , preferably with experience working in global or multinational organizations .



SHARED SERVICE CENTER OR GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICE BACKGROUND

We are particularly interested in professionals who have hands-on experience supporting or leading projects , especially initiatives focused on process transformation, optimization, automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement . If you have a strong background in Accounts Payable and/or Accounting and have participated in or led process improvement, transformation, or project management initiatives , we would love to hear from you!

Important: This is a mid-level position . We are looking for a professional with solid experience who is eager to grow, take on new challenges, and develop their career within a project-oriented environment . If you have participated in a project where you implemented improvements, optimized processes, or contributed to greater efficiency in any area of Accounting or Accounts Payable, we welcome your experience .

We are looking for someone who can independently manage responsibilities and contribute to projects, but not a highly senior or managerial-level profile .
