In this role, you will provide strategic and operational HR partnership, guide leaders through people-related decisions, and contribute to initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities* Provide operational consultancy to first line to middle managers and the wider HR community, with limited direction.* Support designated BU in the delivery of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey.* Develop solutions from a factual background and fundamental principles.* Impart expert knowledge and direction in all HR disciplines to first and middle management.* Will have in-depth knowledge of their BU/SBU i.e. customers, products,
