We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client’s team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare and caregiving positions in the United States.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for HHA, CNA, PCA and Companion Aide positions.
- Source candidates through Apploi, job boards, referrals and community outreach.
- Screen candidates according to qualifications, certifications and availability.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline in Apploi .
- Extend conditional job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Collect, verify and upload required documentation, including:
- Driver’s license
- Social Security card
- CPR / First Aid certification
- CNA, HHA or PCA certification, when applicable
- Auto insurance documentation
- TB screening




- Track missing or expiring documentation and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure candidate files are complete and compliant before they begin working.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready digital personnel files.
- Prepare weekly recruiting reports covering vacancies, candidate pipelines and outstanding documentation.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

- 1+ year of recruiting experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, home care or healthcare staffing is strongly preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
- Apploi experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare/home-care compliance requirements is preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or HR-related coursework is a plus.
