Can you hold many active case files at once and know, for every one of them, what's missing, what's due, and what the attorney needs before the next hearing? This seat owns the file from intake through resolution: the client's documents, the records, the calendar, the filings, and the billing. When a client calls, you speak for the attorney on the status of their case. When a deadline approaches, you are the reason the attorney walks in ready.
This is a career seat in U.S. legal practice, not a task queue. The Case Manager owns each case from intake to resolution and represents the attorney to clients and third parties. That ownership builds the judgment U.S. firms depend on: knowing how a case moves, managing the court calendar, preparing documents for attorney review, and keeping client accounts current. The professionals Reliable Futures places choose this path for its standing and its growth.
Reliable Futures is your employer, and it is a real Mexican employer with full statutory compliance: IMSS, aguinaldo, vacation premium, and every protection Mexican labor law guarantees. Your pay is set above local market, disclosed in full in this posting, and paid directly to you, not bundled into a platform fee. This is full employment, with the standing and protections that come with it.
What You'll Own
- Case files — You keep each active case file complete and current in the case management system, logging daily activity and client correspondence. You collect client documents and mandatory disclosure production and track each item until it's complete.
- Client and third-party communication — You represent the attorney with clients, give case status updates, and refer legal questions to the attorney. You interview clients for statements, request and track medical records and bills, monitor treatment progress, and handle correspondence with insurance carriers and adjusters.
- Calendar and docket — You schedule and confirm meetings, mediations, and hearings,
and calendar case-preparation deadlines. You monitor dockets and pull filings from the e-filing system.
- Documents and filings — You draft and review legal documents for attorney approval and research case information. You file pleadings and exhibits with the court and oversee delivery of subpoenas and summonses.
- Billing and collections — You run billing statements on every open case every two weeks. You track case costs, collect outstanding balances, and replenish retainers. You report directly to the attorney.
